Best Friends - A person with his companion dog bond in a sunny spot along the Ottawa River Parkway. This particular location is near the River Runners Club, just below the cliff at Bronson and Sparks streets. The over arching tree branches create a feeling of safety, sheltered from the outside world, even in the middle of the city's downtown.
