As I continue to capture those gems within our city, I've painted "Down Below". Inspired by the walkways, stairs that go under Wellington Street between the Chateau Laurier and the National Arts Center that runs along the Rideau Canal. It is a wonderful and vibrant space in downtown Ottawa.
